Our Cocktail Lounge Is Open - We've Missed You!
As the Province moves into Phase 2 of BC’s ‘RESTART PLAN’, we will be resuming our much beloved Cocktail Service at The Liberty Distillery on Granville Island on May 21st.
The health and wellness of our customers and staff continue to be our primary concern as we prepare for the re-opening of The Liberty Distillery’s Cocktail Lounge. With that in mind, we are introducing the following guidelines for daily operations at our Distillery:
- Please do not enter if you may be ill or are showing symptoms, have recently had contact with someone who is ill, or should be self-isolating for any reason.
- We will allow a maximum of 18 customers in the shop at any time. As you first enter the distillery, please check with staff before moving past the entrance area.
- Please use the provided hand sanitizer at the Front Door and/or Front Counter before ordering your Cocktails (or purchasing Spirit Bottles). Please take time to hand-sanitize upon departing the distillery as well.
- Please maintain a distance of two meters from staff members and fellow guests. This includes while waiting in line at the cash register, and while waiting to enter the distillery.
- We have made some physical adjustments to the Cocktail Lounge with respect to seating and creating a path for one-way movement. Seating has been positioned to ensure (2) metres between tables and seats are maintained (unless they are in the same group). No more than (6) patrons will be permitted to seat at a table (and only if they are from the same group). Please respect these changes when you visit with us at The Liberty Distillery.
- Our staff will be regularly cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including menus and tasting cards.
PLEASE NOTE: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DISTILLERY TOURS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED TEMPORARILY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
