Ten years have passed since the home of The Liberty Distillery on Granville Island was secured. It was 7 years ago on November 29th, 2013 that our doors first opened to the Public. We invite you to share our passion for creating the finest, innovative and unique spirits from quality BC ingredients, using traditional artisan spirit methods.

In celebration of our 7th Year anniversary, we are proud to announce the 5th release of our Endeavour Origins Gin.

Or●i●Gin: The point or place where something begins. It’s the perfect name for Liberty’s Endeavour Origins Gin; created to showcase the bounty of British Columbia!

Then and Now

It all began when Liberty’s Head Distiller – Ray harvested some wild BC Juniper while hiking a local mountain top. Several months of foraging took place from our family’s gardens, local mountains, and meadows, resulting in Liberty’s vision of a West Coast traditional dry style gin.

Endeavour Origins is distilled with (25) hand-picked B.C. grown botanicals. While BC Juniper lays the foundation, it is the secret blend of salal, sumac, haskap, rosehips, mulberry, thimble berry, Mediterranean strawberry, elderflower, verbena and much more, that provides the exquisite aromatics of Endeavour Origins Gin.

Free tasting samples will be offered all weekend from Friday, November 27th at 6:00 pm to Sunday close.
