TRUST Single Malt Whiskey begins with 100% pale malt barley grown in Peace River, British Columbia. This 2-row European style pale malt has a characteristic blend of fresh barley with background notes of biscuit, grain, honey and hints of nutty and green tea flavor. It is triple-distilled in our hand-made CARL single copper pot still. For (7) years, it has quietly matured in once-used 220-litre Bourbon barrels slowly gaining character, complexity and colour.

Matured in ex-Bourbon casks, this uniquely soft and elegant whiskey delivers hints of citrus, honey and vanilla. On the nose, delicate notes of cinnamon spice with subtle malty aromas.
On the tongue, sweet and nutty flavors coat the palate with hints of almond, biscuit intermingled with toffee and cacao. The complex palate presents delicate notes of vanilla, warm malt, and a touch of wood. The finish is super smooth with a lingering taste of vanilla and honey.
